Inside the house
The house is spacious and light, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, two reception rooms, and four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests. French windows run the full width of the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden and your own private heated swimming pool.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a Smeg range cooker, large island with bar seating, full-size dishwasher, and ample fridge and freezer space. Whether you're planning a leisurely breakfast or a proper dinner party, the space makes it easy.
Evenings are made for the sitting room — sink into the sofas, light the log-burner, and let the Cotswolds work its magic.

Heated to approximately 27°C and open from April to October, the pool is surrounded by a south-facing terrace with outdoor seating. It's fully private — yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Lounge and living room
The log-burner welcomes you into the lounge, with original beams, comfortable seating and TV loaded with Netflix, Prime and Now TV.
There are board games and books to while away lazy afternoons in the Cotswolds and sliding doors that can separate the ‘fire room’ from the rest of the house to make it a cosy snug during the winter months.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Cotswolds Country House has four bedrooms configured to suit most group combinations — couples, families, or friends travelling together.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and free-standing bath. There is another room with a Superking bed, which can be made up as twin beds on request. The other two rooms are both doubles, one of which has an en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are made up on arrival with fresh linen. Bath towels and pool towels are provided throughout your stay.

As every great Cotswolds kitchen should, the house benefits from a large, open-plan space with huge island that makes for memorable holidays cooking as a family or socialising with the friends preparing a meal!
The kitchen is fully equipped, with Miele 5-burner gas hob, stunning pink Smeg fridge freezer, extra-wide Smeg oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you could want to prepare a feast!
