Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on changeover schedules — please ask us in advance.

Yes. The pool is heated to approximately 27°C and is open from April to October each year. Exact dates will depend on weather and maintenance schedules at time of opening.

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs. Please let us know in advance. The garden is enclosed and safe for dogs.

The property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (plus infants) across four bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, there are two rooms with double beds and the fourth bedroom is a superking bed that can be split into twin beds on request.

Yes, there is private parking for three cars - two on the drive and one on the road in front of the property. Additional on-road parking is available nearby.

Yes — superfast broadband is included and the WiFi details are displayed in the property.

Yes — all beds are made up on arrival, and each guest receives a bath towel and face towel.

Yes — a travel cot and high chair are available on request. Please let us know when booking.

We require a minimum of 3 on most dates, and 4 nights over bank holidays and peak summer. Please check the availability calendar for specific dates.

Yes of course! Let us know and we can provide our full address for the booking. As part of our VIP concierge services, we can also organise a food collection from a number of locally sourced providers. More information in VIP on the website.
