Pool and garden

At the rear of the house, the full length french windows open up onto a patio area with rattan furniture for summer dining. This leads directly onto the swimming pool (open late May-mid-September) and grass lawn. The pool is heated using a solar mat and makes summers in the Cotswolds extra special when you stay with us - lie back on a lilo with a cocktail in hand, you deserve it! The garden is bordered with a variety of trees and plants that give privacy and a variety of flowers and blossoms throughout the year.
Lounge and living room

The log-burner welcomes you into the lounge, with original beams, comfortable seating and TV loaded with Netflix, Prime and Now TV. There are board games and books to while away lazy afternoons in the Cotswolds and sliding doors that can separate the ‘fire room’ from the rest of the house to make it a cosy snug during the winter months. Put another log on the fire and relax with your friends and family during your Cotswold holiday over a game or while watching a film together - good times!
Bedrooms

Our Cotswold holiday home has four double bedrooms (one king, two standard doubles and one that can be made up as a superking or split into two twin beds). The main bedroom has its own bath and one of the doubles is an en suite with shower and bathroom. All of the rooms have ample storage to unpack and make yourselves at home in your Cotswold getaway holiday let! Each of the bedrooms has access to the main upstairs bathroom, with bath (including shower attachment), basin and toilet.
Kitchen

As every great Cotswolds kitchen should, the house benefits from a large, open-plan space with huge island that makes for memorable holidays cooking as a family or socialising with the friends preparing a meal! The kitchen is fully equipped, with Miele 5-burner gas hob, stunning pink Smeg fridge freezer, extra-wide Smeg oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you could want to prepare a feast! With such a great space, you may not have time to visit all the amazing Cotswold gastropubs!
Dining Room

The large dining area looks out onto the garden through a wall of french windows and is also next to the kitchen and garden room, making any mealtime a social event from start to finish - just what you’d want from your Cotswold holiday! With a decorative AGA and dining table made out of reclaimed Australian driftwood, enjoy an abundance of natural light during your meals during the day or draw the curtains and cosy up in spacious comfort when the nights draw in. It’s the perfect space for celebrations and dinner parties, so come and mark your special occasion with us in the Cotswolds!

The Cotswold holiday home is nestled in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, a few minutes walk across playing fields to the main village of Kingham, where you’ll find the Wild Rabbit pub and restaurant, the Kingham Plough gastropub and a track that takes you up through the beautiful English countryside to Daylesford Farm Shop and the Bamford Wellness Spa - as Cotswolds locations go, we don't think there are many better places for your vacation!

In the summer months, as a special treat for your stay in the Cotswolds, you can enjoy the use of a private outdoor swimming pool in the garden and the spacious living areas are perfect for family holidays or catching up with friends - with underfloor heating and a log-burner stove fire to keep you warm. There are numerous walks and bike trails through stunning Cotswold countryside from the house and an abundance of gastropubs and restaurants in the area to visit.

On your arrival, we’ll provide you with a welcome hamper, with a few bits to get you started, including some local produce to give you an idea of what the Cotswolds has to offer!
